Agent Reporting - Overview

There are a number of different tabs to explore when it comes time for reporting in your system, and the "Reporting" tab is no exception. The “Agent Reporting” sub-tab will let you know the stats on your team and users within your system.

The Efficiency Section provides valuable insights into the results produced by the efforts of each individual agent within your organization.
